How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our international suppliers. Therefore, please allow 7-20 business days for your packages to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you need to track your order, send us a message at mailto:support@pawsandclawspetshop.ca and we will send you a tracking number.

What if I want to return an item?

If your product arrives damaged or your product doesn’t arrive, please contact us at mailto:support@pawsandclawspetshop.ca and we will either resend the product or refund your money.

You may receive your order in more than one parcel and on different days as our suppliers are in various locations.
